Patsy is a trained EFT Practitioner and will work one-on-one with you during an EFT session to use the process to help unlock those aspects of your unconscious that may be impacting your life in negative ways.
Through a gently guided, supportive session typically lasting 1-2 hours, the Client will learn EFT techniques, be supported in examining issues as they present themselves, and then time is made available to integrate the Client's experiences through discussion about this new awareness.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a remarkable healing modality based on the same principles that have been used for thousands of years in acupuncture—but without the needles.
It is a meridian-based energy therapy developed by Gary Craig from the landmark discoveries of Dr. Roger Callahan. The simple technique often provides rapid relief from physical-emotional issues (e.g. Trauma, PTSD, Phobias, Grief, Anger, etc). And clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.
